Lie flat on your back with your knees bent, if the neck strain is too much for you; use a cushion to support your head. In this comfortable position, the small of your back should not be touching the bottom. Squeeze your abdominal muscles so your back presses flat touching the floor. Hold this scrunched position for five to 10 seconds then relax. Repeat this process three times.
